Subjects include: writing policies, fundraising, non-profit board solutions (Board Café) and Board Source; small library administration and management; children’s & YA programming & services; Friends of the Library; PR, IF (Intellectual Freedom); Copyright; as well as various textbooks needed for library assistant certification courses.
PA Library Laws: The NEW Library Code was approved by the Legislature November 2012. The Regulations that are in place are the “old” ones, written for the previous Code. Where there is a difference, the NEW Code supersedes the Regulation.
